1. Service Description

The Service provides productivity tool features such as link saving, tag/note management, and search. Features may change during updates, and we will provide prior notice of changes.

2. Account and Security

• Users must securely manage their account information. Users are responsible for any issues arising from sharing or misuse.
• The Service may monitor login history and abnormal activity for security purposes.

3. User Content

Ownership of content such as links, notes, and tags saved by users belongs to the users. However, such content may be stored and processed within the scope necessary for service operation, backup/recovery, and quality improvement.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Uploading or sharing illegal or harmful content
• Infringing on others' rights or abusing service features
• Generating abnormal traffic through automated collection or crawling

5. Service Changes/Suspension

We may change or suspend part or all of the Service due to operational, security, or technical needs. We will provide prior notice for major changes, though notice may be provided afterward in emergency situations.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for damages caused by force majeure, third-party service failures, or user negligence. However, exceptions apply where liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Terms Changes

If the terms are changed, we will provide prior notice through in-service announcements or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
